There is no permanent solution without an exclusion. Though the problem animals have been removed, it is imperative that all present and potential access points be sealed to prevent future occurrences. Our technicians will help you determine what exclusion methods will be best for your situation. Some examples of routine areas that animals enter are chimneys, ridge vents, gable vents, soffits, attic fans and dormers. These areas are routine access points where squirrels, raccoons and bats enter a home. We have products and procedures that can eliminate access to your home in all of these areas.  Other areas that may require exclusion measures would include crawlspace access, skirting around a deck or mobile home, window wells, and dryer vents.  You may also want to consider using exclusion methods to keep wildlife out of your garden, away from landscaping or out of pet food or bird feeders.  Exclusion isn't the only thing you can do to prevent wildlife conflicts, you can also use habitiat modification. Many times there are things around your home or in your yard that are attracting wildlife.  You may be unknowingly providing problem animals with food and/or shelter.  Eliminating these things can resolve your wildlife conflict without having to remove the animal, many times they will just leave once their basic needs are no longer being met. During your inspection our technicians will talk you through the areas where you may benifit from exclusion or habitiat modification.  They will also explain to you options and costs so that you can decide what are the best options for you.
